After many years of bringing our pets to this clinic, I never expected to leave feeling so hurt and disappointed. During one of the most difficult times our family has faced, we felt a complete lack of compassion and concern. Despite being long-time clients, our veterinarian never came in to see us when we needed her guidance desperately. We felt completely disregarded. We weren't expecting miracles—just kindness, communication, and acknowledgment during such a heartbreaking situation. The veterinary staff you encounter during moments like these leaves a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel like we didn't matter after years of loyalty. I hope the clinic reflects on how important compassion and communication are to families saying goodbye to a beloved pet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not bring your pet here if you want them to live healthy lives and continue to do so. If your pet gets sick there is a high chance they will never figure out what’s wrong with them until it’s too late. Also, the doctors can be rude … especially Dr. Doug Kratt. I would much rather go anywhere else than here. Please save your pet and go elsewhere.
