New Richmond Veterinary Clinic

THE RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW ARE ALL LIES!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.. There response to my review is disgusting! They show no human emotions. THEY LIE!! ALLL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!! Bring your pet somewhere eles!! If I could give a zero star I would. I feel as though this clinic has lost their passion for animals and has gained a passion for profit. I have been with them now for over two years. I've never had a past due bill with them. I've always paid on the day of service! Just recently I have ran into some major money issues. And the loss of my 14 year old dog. I called them on Thrusday June 4th and told the lady who took my call about my money issues. I told her I was calling because I recently took 5 ticks off my dog and she needed Nexguard. Usually i purchase this medication every month. I asked her if it would be ok for me to pick up the medication and then pay her in 2 weeks when I bring my dog in for her lepo booster. She told me she wrote ALL the info down and was gonna relay it to the right people. Well today I got a call from from a manager whos name i will leave out of this review. This person I spoke to was cold and said " no free Nexguard " I told this person that I didnt say free I said I would pay in two weeks when I bring my dog in for her lepo booster." I said I just need to make sure she is protected ! She still said no! I said "didnt the customer service lady tell you what is going on with me" she said no!! I asked this manager " did you even look back at my past billing and see that I have never had a past due bill with you?" She said no! IMO she didnt give two shits about my dog just the 38 bucks..She got really mad at me when I said " when did you lose your passion for animals but gain a passion for profit?" She then got really mad and said I was yelling when I wasn't. I asked her again the same question and she yelled at me and said " you and your dogs can never come here again!! She was cruel and cold. This was all over protecting my dog from ticks TICKS!!! COLD HEARTED . Im reaching out to Homeland because I believe that they would want to hear about this. Maybe they can train said manager on how to act with customers who have good standing with them.. Just a thought IMHO.

Once in the exam room, (and there wasn't a long wait), everyone listened to what I had to say. I didn't feel rushed or feel that they rushed through taking care of my dog. Everything explained and all questions were answered.

I had a frustrating experience with the front desk staff at NR Vet Clinic. The vet themselves was very kind, but the customer service upfront was incredibly unprofessional. I called ahead on the morning of my dog's appointment to let them know I was stuck in traffic coming from another town. I asked if my father could bring my dog in instead. The receptionist told me I had to be the one to bring the dog, but then insisted I needed to be on time anyway.I rushed, managed to pick up my dog, and walked through the door right on time. Instead of checking me in, the front desk ladies proceeded to gossip about me loudly right in front of me, not realizing I was the person they were talking about. Because one receptionist was on the phone and the other two were too busy gossiping to help me, they actually caused me to be late for my appointment window. The immaturity at the front desk was uncalled for and ruined what should have been a standard check-up.

We love our Dr! Through good times and bad, Dr. Tillers has stood above any other vet I’ve been to in 30 years. RIP Toby
