This was my first time working with your groomer Ashley and I couldn't be more pleased then I am right now. The efficiency, explanation, and followup were helpful and reassuring. I have a high reactive Aussie so new places, smells, and people can overwhelm her. From the very first moment Ashley was willing to work with Asha and let her get comfortable on her terms, allowing for extra time at no extra charge. When meeting Ashley she got down to Asha's level and soon she, Asha, was walking over to her, sniffing, and starting to get comfortable. I appreciated the report card letting me know Asha did very well a few lip curls, but also some kisses which filled me with relief and happiness. I haven't forgotten her cut which was clean, tight, and making her look like the saucy Aussie that she is, I don't think she's ever had this clean of a cut and I'm so happy, and she's loving it too. Thank you so much Ashley and Countryside Vet, I will definitely be back.

I have brought in multiple cats here for various health issues. From bladder surgery to a cat needing extra after care from a botched vet surgery at a different clinic. This office has been so kind and helpful. I had all these expenses happen at once of course, plus a new kitten and baby on the way. This office was as helpful as possible and helped me save my animals. We had a serious emergency with one cat in emense pain from an entirely different vet office and they fit us in on a Saturday. They saved our boy kitty that day. It wasn't there mess but they still helped us and last minute. They are my first call when I have an animal in need. I also want to point out they have competitive pricing and have never gouged me on any visit. They are upfront on vet prices and give you different plans if available. The prices still sting when you look at them but they are not any higher than other places and the care is top notch. P.s. If they trully can't get an animal seen sooner than would be best, they will put you on the schedule, the cancelation list but tell you to try and call other places to get seen sooner. To me that says they prioritize the animal over making money if they are willing to loose businesses for the good of the pet. But they really do what they can to get you seen asap if it's an emergency.
