Awful! My dog had a 105 fever. Didn't treat the fever, gave her fluids and something for nausea??? Didn't miss a beat offering unnecessary scans and xrays. After spending $550 for literally the worst care imaginable. I spent the night keeping ice packs on my dog to bring her fever down. They SUCK!!! Take your money and more importantly your beloved pet ANYWHERE else!!! Beware of this scam vet clinic.

I want to start by saying an emergency veterinary clinic is expensive but that’s what comes with the “convenience “ of when an emergency occurs. (Usually 3am on a Sunday).. But I wanted to thank the team, My cat Johnny cashew came in for “acting suspiciously weird “. He was just not his self and it lead to 2 emergency visits at VCA and IV/ urethra catheterization. Most of the team was absolutely amazing. There were a few interactions that were less than desirable but let’s face it was a stressful situation. I want to give the highest praise to a few team members though, I am mentioning them because they went beyond the call of “Duty” and treated as it was.. A patient that needed help. Thank you Dr Green, Dr. Foster and Thomas. (And the vet techs that were on his rotation, I am so sorry I wish I had your names.) You all absolutely helped save Johnny Cashews life. He is currently recovering from PU surgery so fingers crossed…. I will never be in or calling to “check his status “ all hours of the night. I am sure you were all exhausted but thank you for handling my kitty’s emergency and being kind to a “Crazy lady”.

Was able to see my dog right away on a Saturday morning but treatment that we received likely made infection worse and when I called back 5 hours later to inquire about additional treatment was told to go elsewhere for additional diagnostic testing. Unfortunately the recommendations were incorrect. Would not recommend due to dismissive and incorrect diagnosis. Go straight to WVRC in Waukesha and skip this place.
