Thank You Greenfield Veterinary Clinic! My husband, myself and a number of cats and dogs have appreciated the professional, congenial, and care given us for many years (30 + ). Again Thank you from Tux and Gloria.

I would only recommend this clinic if you need some urgent vet care in a hurry, but look elsewhere if you seek quality vet care. Most of the staff were perfectly nice. Our vet tech was nice - but took the cat for shots without informing us what they were doing, or that the cat would even be getting shots that day. The vet themself was rude, was then apparently frustrated to be asked a single question, and rushed me out the door without being able to ask another. At no point did I know what was happening, which I found concerning in a first annual appointment with a new pet. I also had no idea what services were performed until I got the bill, AFTER they had all been done. I have never had that occur in any vet clinic, even emergency care provides information. While I understand the importance of efficiency in what is for sure a high volume place, I would not recommend coming here personally. This was just my family’s experience from one visit, but for new patients that was our only impression.

I love this clinic. Everyone is super friendly and they treat my dogs with so much love. Diagnosis is accurate and they explain everything very well.

Beware of multiple office visits with charges. I’ve maintained one visit per year until recently they are trying to schedule you’re pets visit for every individual shot or vaccine. What a scam.

I have been bringing my beloved fur balls to them for a while... Best care on the south side.
