I’m a fairly new customer here, but they treat me and my dog just like family. When I take him in for grooming, he comes out a lot happier than when I do it for him, lol. Two thumbs up 👍

I have been trying to contact the vet I saw about 2 weeks ago (during which I waited over 30 mins for the appointment to even start) to continue my cat’s medication, as he has a chronic condition. I have called repeatedly and directly emailed the vet, Dr Mather. Tomorrow will be one week. No call back. No email. And she was in the office, they said, when I called twice on Friday in desperation. Unprofessional and now my cat is out of medication. This is not the place for best practice care, at all. I will steer everyone I know AWAY from this clinic. Edit: despite being in the office when I called, Dr Mather never did call back or email.
