Dr. Kelly is the best.

I called and left a detailed message on a Saturday explaining exactly the needs of my GSD, recently diagnosed with a fatal, progressive disease. Time is of the essence for cold laser therapy, which they have. It is now Wednesday evening, and I have heard NOTHING. Tricia is the only bright spot in this practice. I told her my situation, and she offered emotional support , and compassion. I'd really like to say what I think of this group of "professionals", but I have more integrity than this group of "caretakers". I would not recommend them to anyone, and in fact will do so. If you chose to utilize this clinic, I wish you the best. Oh, BTW, they are corporate owned, which in my experience , produces outcomes such as mine. When booking appointments, ask if they are a private practice. It matters. Namaste.

The vet themself is phenomenal. However, the other staff are absolutely terrible. Their cost is twice what I normally pay and the communication is horrible.
