All of the staff is great. Very caring and patient with my senior dogs. I feel they truly care for pets as if they are their own.

I called the office several times on Saturday 8/22 to make an appt for my cat. I had no idea they were closed 2 weekends a month because the message announcement only stated that they were busy at the moment and to leave message. The hours on the website stated they were open. When I called back Monday morning 8/24, the receptionist was extremely sarcastic and rude. So glad I was able to find another office that showed concern and interest in my cat's health.
