If there can actually be a beautiful experience with sending a beloved pet to rainbow bridge, I was fortunate that happened yesterday at True Veterinary Care. No traumatic IV. A quick injection to sedate Jennie, then she happily gobbled up a bowl of ice cream and zucchini bread with chocolate chips, by the time she finished, she was blissfully sleeping in my arms. She never felt the final shot. My heart is filled with those last final memories. Thank you, Dr. Jackie and Andrea.

After 10 years as a client, True Veterinary Care just refused to fill a prescription for my dog's insulin - life-sustaining medication - because I haven't scheduled an annual wellness check appointment. Despite the fact that my dog has had 9 appointments in the last year due to diabetes care and other issues. I have spent $3,726 at True Veterinary in the last few years. And they cut me off from prescription insulin, without which my dog will die. Imminently. This is like extortion: pay up $300 for another "wellness check," even though he has been examined 9 times in the past year. Criminal. I trusted this vet with my dog's life and they have prioritized profit over his very survival.

We've been bringing our pets here for about seven years, starting with our Goldendoodle, Peach, and now our one-year-old Bernedoodle, Robin. They've always felt like a true partner in our animals' health, making themselves available whenever we have questions. Robin is currently recovering from an unexpected surgery, and the team has been wonderful: responsive via text, willing to see her on short notice, and always ready to talk things through. They helped us navigate a stressful situation and find some calm. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the vets are knowledgeable and respectful. We can't recommend them enough!
