Thiensville Mequon Small Animal Clinic

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! I needed a Screwworm Certification for my tiny Chihuahua, Frijolito, so he could travel internationally with me to Mexico. The staff knew exactly what was required and made the entire process incredibly easy. They were accommodating, attentive, and took wonderful care of my little guy. Traveling internationally with a puppy comes with enough stress, so having a veterinary team that understood the documentation and handled everything correctly was a huge relief! Frijolito received excellent care, and I left feeling completely confident that we had everything needed for our trip. I highly recommend this clinic, especially to anyone traveling internationally with a pet! When we arrived home in Merida, Yucatan, MX - we had zero issues with Customs bringing him home

We have gone to this clinic for years and the Vet Doctors are fantastic. I am disappointed over the last couple of years with the front desk customer service I’ve seen. It’s hit or miss if you’ll get someone in a good mood answering the phone or seemingly happy to help, even for a simple request of vaccination records.

After my cat had a recent illness, I was very disappointed with how the vet that I have been going to manage the situation. After doing some research, I decided to take my 11 year-old cat to the Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic. From my initial contact with Anna at the front desk, to the very kind technician Noelani, to the gentle and knowledgeable Dr. Nick and his colleague Dr. Stephanie; I was beyond impressed. Dr. Nick spent a good deal of time with me during the Initial visit, understanding my cat’s history and suggested tests that do seem to be helping us understand what is wrong with him. As he was out of town, his colleague Dr. Stephanie followed up on the phone with me today with the test results. I feel like my kitty is now in good hands with people who care about him and me and will communicate a treatment plan clearly. Thank you all so much.♥️

Appointment was for blood work with a couple questions for a vet about using chewing treats after dental surgery. Dr. Stephanie came out to lobby & gave us some good advice. We were very satisfied with the visit.

Dr. Nick continues to provide excellent care for our dog Bogy. I never feel rushed and his empathy and kindness can not be underestimated. We feel confident in his expertise and know our dog couldn’t be in better hands.
