I’d leave a zero star review if I could. This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever taken one of my dogs. The staff must be full of Pet Smart rejects along with the fact they nickel and dime you for everything, it ridiculous and the prices are more than double what others charge. Never go to this place, avoid it at all cost, pun intended. If you expect good quality service and to pay a decent price for services go any where else. Thank God there are other clinics within the area.

Did a good job with tooth extraction. However my dog had underlying issues and they thought kidney stones and only tested for that. Put her on short term medication but never did further testing for root cause. Went back to prior vet for services as disappointed. Staff was very nice.

I’m not sure when it happened maybe six months ago that I would’ve raided you five star I love Dr Mayne. She has been great in the treatment of my dog with Addison’s disease. That is where it ends. You were bought out by some corporate veterinarian and I can tell all over the place like charging me $20 for one prednisone pill because you have a restocking fee for one pill! Cancellation fees, credit card fees, pressuring owners to give pets Unnecessary shots. Even My personal human doctor would not force me to take a shot. I didn’t want so how dare you think you can tell a My personal human doctor would not force me to take a shot. I didn’t want so how dare you think you can tell an owner of a pet which Shots they can say yes or no to. You nickel and dime so that you can build up your profit. You’ve become a big corporate vet now and I’m really hoping the government does something about all these mergers of veterinarians because the cost are going through the roof and it’s all because you just want profit. Not that you shouldn’t have some but now I know I’m dealing with corporation because it’s so impersonal.

This is our third pup that has gone exclusively to Token Creek. Espy has now been going for 6 months and was just spayed. It is a friendly place with personal service. All the vets are awesome, provide expert care, but let you be involved in your pet’s care. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
