Great to have a vet and an office that cares about pets and people! They never make you wait when you have an appointment and I always leave there feeling good about any next steps I need to take with my dog.

I’ve been bringing my 10-month-old pup here since she was 8 weeks old. I really like Dr. Rana—his communication is great, and I always feel like he takes the time to explain things. The office is in a convenient location for me, and they almost always have appointment availability, which I really appreciate. That said, I do get frustrated with the clinic staff and techs at times. They can seem a bit disorganized and have given me multiple, often incorrect, estimates for my dog’s care. This has happened more than once. Most recently, I was given a quote that I approved before treatment. When I went to check out, I was told the total was $90 more than the estimate, and I was expected to pay it even though I hadn’t agreed to those additional charges beforehand. In that situation, I feel they should have honored the original quote. Another time, they didn’t have enough medication to fill my dog’s prescription and told me they would call when the rest came in. They never did, so I had to follow up myself. By then, she had missed the last few doses of her medication, and we ended up back at the vet because her condition got worse. I can’t help but wonder if she could have avoided needing additional care if they had called me in a timely manner so she could finish her medication as prescribed. It was a frustrating experience.
