I have read horror stories of vet clinics trying to upsell you and you go to leave and it is $500. Kinni/RF Vet Clinic was not like this at all. Our cat was banged up from a fight with another animal(fox, coyote, racoon, feral cat)unsure which one. The staff at the clinic were so kind and checked him over. They got him the required medication to get him fixed up and healthy again. The cost was reasonable and we would go back again some day.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The information I received from the veterinarian was inconsistent and confusing. Last year I was told one thing about health certificates for puppies, and this year I was told something completely different. Because of this, I had to come back and pay for another exam to get the certificates. I feel this situation could have been handled much better and more honestly.
