I can't say enough good things about Muskego Animal Hospital, Dr. Waller and Dr. F are amazing veterinarians! Customer service and caring is beyond a score of 10!

Their previous atmosphere of compassionate customer service at Muskego Animal Hospital has changed dramatically, as well as the policies. I just made an appointment for one of my older cats and I am going to cancel and seek other options. My mother and myself have attended this clinic for over 30 years as she knew the family of the original owner and I can't believe how coldly I was received when I just called to make an appointment. I explained that I was a senior on a fixed income and the receptionist wouldn't acknowledge that at all. They are also now mandating rabies shots which they did not do last year, and insisting on yearly exams which are costly and at best cursory in my estimation (looking at eyes, teeth, feeling body) which I can observe myself. Also, you now have to pay for an additional check up (115 USD) prior to euthanasia (162.75 USD) for a 15 yr old cat that has been previously seen every year with dramatically declining weight and health with tests performed. I cannot afford anything but basic health care for myself so I certainly can't provide extensive vaccinations, costly exploratory testing and duplicative check-ups for the cats. Sad state of affairs, which is common in business these days, where Profit has trumped respect and dignity. It's all pay to play in this country now. Animals will come out last in this scenario.

The staff here is great - very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I can get appointments when needed and don't have to wait a long time upon arrival. Easy in and out access. Overall, very pleased with Muskego Animal Hospital!

We’ve been coming here for 13 years and appreciate the care over the years, but the pricing has gotten out of hand. Our recent bill for routine annual vaccines and a wellness exam came out to $440. Did some checking and found Petco offers identical vaccines and wellness check for $150. While I understand paying more to support a small, independent local business, this clinic is now owned by a large corporate consolidator. With that level of corporate backing, they should offer more competitive pricing. Definitely check prices elsewhere before booking.
