Have used this veterinary facility in the past when I had to put my horse down and was so pleased with with all of their staff. All so caring and empathetic during a very difficult time for me. So today took a kitten in for its first evaluation. As before all staff were so helpful and friendly. Dr. Shafer even remembered she had put my horse down 2 years ago. We left with a reusable cloth "goody bag" containing cat toys, a 1# bag of Hills Science Diet kitten food, Hydra Care and a pump spray of solution for stains and odors. Great 1st experience!

A few months ago, one of my dogs ate part of a toy and possibly something else that was toxic. I called her regular vet to try to get her in, and was hung up on twice (I'm telling myself it was technical issues). Lancaster Vet Clinic was the closest to me, they weren't even open yet according to Google, but someone answered, they listened to me, and immediately were able to get us in.. The staff went above and beyond to help my puppy that day. I ended up switching over to this location. About a month later I took my puppy back to LVC to have some dental work done. It was a pretty extreme case, and was actually cheaper than her sister's procedure we had done at their prior vets. I highly recommend LVC!

I want to thank Dr Cari and everyone at the clinic for all your care compassion and for always being there when we need you. I would not trust my babies anywhere else. Thank you again.
