It never seems like you get the same veterinarian ever, so no relationship can ever be established. The policies and hidden fees for same day appointment are never explained and when called to ask, was referred to go to an emergency vet. Theclinic used to be so amazing and really care about the pet, no clue when $$$ became the main focus! So frustrating.

The entire staff displays a caring attitude toward the animals and their families. Our dogs have been cared for by doctors and staff at Hartford Animal Clinic for about 35 years. Information we receive about the care of our dog is always targeted to the problem(s) concerning our dog and treatment is correctly tailored to the problem(s).
