I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a practice owner. The owner of this clinic was unbelievably rude, condescending, and hostile from the moment we walked in. Rather than showing any empathy or care for my pet, they spoke down to me, dismissed my concerns, and treated us like a burden. Taking a sick or anxious pet to the vet is already stressful, but dealing with an owner who lacks basic respect and human kindness makes it a hundred times worse. If you care about your pets and your own peace of mind take them somewhere else! Where the leadership actually cares about animals and clients. Avoid this place at all costs!

We brought our dog here for a surgery, and they did not give her any pain medicine. She spent the night yelping and we had to find a 24 hr clinic to get her medicine.

We have been seeing Dr Thein for our cat care for years. She and her staff are always very friendly and caring. I highly recommend!
