We 😊 are very thankful for everyone at Ft. Atkinson Animal Hospital. We had to call & bring our longhaired cream dachshund in for an emergency appointment. We got right in. Our baby is doing better. 🙏

I’ve been going to this clinic for years, but since it was sold, things have really changed. Prices went up and the quality of care went down. I brought my new puppy in for an exam and vaccinations, but Dr. Mairead never even looked at her—the CVT gave the first shot, and that was it. Yet I was billed for a full exam. It took three calls just to get my records transferred. The Idex snap test I get annually was billed to me, but it wasn’t listed on my old dog’s records, which we needed to check since he had signs of Lyme. I eventually found it on the old bill, but not in the medical records. I can’t help but think they’re shifting their focus to cats, because they sure don’t seem interested in my dogs’ health anymore.

My wife and I were lucky enough to find the Animal Clinic of Fort Atkinson. We have three cats (Bree, Ginger, and Nutmeg), get all our care there. Dr Brossman really took care of Ginger and Nutmeg, and another Vet (She was just as special but I forgot her name). After the cats were spayed, we received a call the next day just like they do with people to make sure they are doing fine. So lets give all the Doctors a 10 plus on that. NOW lets talk about the staff in front. AGAIN they get a perfect 10. Everyone was so polite, and even remembers the animals names. So if anyone out there is thinking about price checking other Vets, don't make the mistake. If you love your pets, this is the one and only place to go. Thanks to all of you
