Honestly, all I can say is wow! This is the most professional vet I have ever gone to. I took my bunny here yesterday and he was immediately admitted, they were so sweet and respectful. They didn't judge me as I cried about my concerns, and as they examined my boy. In total I can say I was in there for about 20 to 25 minutes and they were so sweet! They handled my bunny amazingly, gave him medicine and made sure he was okay and safe! That plus the cost, amazing! I will be coming back here again in the future! They were absolutely phenomenal and were able to adjust to my budget! 100/10! Thank you Fitchburg Vet!🫰🩷

I have a very anxious reactive dog and I know he is very hard to deal with. Staff is always very understanding and I never feel embarassed for trying to get my dog help even though he is hard to deal with. I'm always very thankful that the staff is so kind and accommodating! Always answering and acknowledging my concerns. In the past I was too scared to bring him in to a vet clinic because last time it didn't go as well with a previous different clinic. Because of that, I was scared that he was too hard to handle, so when he would need help I just felt to down and helpless. But then I finally gave going to Fitchburg Veterinary Hospital a try because I reserched on how they do fear free visits. And WOW now I feel such less stress bringing him in to get the help that he needs! I'm very happy that my dog is able to be checked and seen even if he is reactive! I think that this place works very hard and is so amazing! I can genuinely tell that they do care for all kinds of pets that come in! I seriously cannot thank the staff enough for taking care of my little guy. Having a reactive dog is rough, knowing that they are such sweethearts at home but in public they aren't so nice. Every staff that has cared for him have been so kind and understanding to me and my dog and I always thank them for helping us. I would like to thank Dr.Larsh in particular for being so helpful and relating to me about whats it like to have a reactive dog, seriously helped me a lot as a anxious owner.
