Warning! This vet clinic has taken a turn for the worse over the last few years. To start, they have a revolving door of doctors. Over the last 1.5 years, I have seen 5 different doctors, while they only have one doctor's license posted in the office. They seem to have contract doctors that come into fill the gaps of the main vet, leaving serious continuity issues. The communication is extremely poor, to the extent that I was informed a year AFTER the fact that one of my 3 dogs had previously tested positive for Lyme disease. The office claims that I was informed via a phone call, but that was not the case, I would not forget being informed my dog has Lyme disease, when I have another dog who had to go through a long treatment for this illness. If you have a dog that has seizures DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC! I was informed by one doctor while onsite that my dog's liver blood test came back with extremely concerning result, most likely due to her seizure medication. He was unsure of how to proceed and needed to follow up with the lead doctor. I was then informed a week later that there was actually no cause for concern and the results were not read correctly. Ri, the employee who works the front desk is extremely rude and unpleasant to interact with in regard to billing issues. Lastly, one wellness visit for one dog was $670.00. You can most certainly find a vet that that will be more cost effective and more reliable. This clinic is also associated with Summit Animal Clinic where the same issues exist.
