Don’t come here. Way too expensive, they don’t answer the phone or see regular clients if you don’t have an appointment. My dog had an ear issue and we’ve been patients for 5 years and they sent us to an Emergency Vet instead of looking at him. We were in an empty waiting room and they told us we’re on our own. Horrible service, shame on this animal hospital. How were we supposed to make an appointment if they don’t answer the phones and let it ring during business hours for 20+ minutes. I won’t be surprised if they go out of business before the end of the year. They don’t care and they don’t even pretend to.

Edit: Per their email hours will be changing and clinic will no longer be open on Fridays which implies there will be major staffing changes. Based on information given and our preferred vet no longer being available we are choosing to try elsewhere. Our dog in the past has always seen Dr. Wertz who has been incredible. I would highly recommend him to others. Our recent visits were with Dr. Emily Weaver and Jena, have not been up to the usual standards. We never received a follow up call as stated regarding the next steps of care. Per Bluemound Animal Hospital they are experiencing a major staffing shortage which is causing longer hold times on the phone and an average of 15-30 minute wait for appointments. Hopefully their team is able to find new staff members to improve the client experience.

We've been going here for 13 years. I really try to give the benefit of the doubt, but the quality has taken a dive off a cliff lately. Dr. Weaver is very nice, but moves so fast its hard to ask questions. The techs snatch your credit card before you can get a word in. Wait times on the phone are routinely 25-30 minutes. I've been in the lobby as other clients have come in and complained in-person about not getting calls about test results (also happened to me several times) and not being able to get calls through. My cat's procedure was botched, leading to a trip to the ER vet, and another trip to a specialist. As a result, this $900 surgery has blown up into an ongoing ordeal that has ballooned to over $5,000. I don't know what happened, but at this time I would absolutely seek services elsewhere.

We've been brining our dog here for 10 years. I ended it today. The customer service skills of Dr Weaver and understaffing have made me reach my end. I called for 4 days to get results for a blood test for my dog that I should have received a week and a half ago. I finally got through after a dozen attempts against the answering machine and was on hold for 40 minutes. I finally got through and was told it would be better to speak to the doctor. I arrived 10 minutes later as the only person in the waiting room, waited 20 more minutes and was never approached by a doctor. Run from this place. I am truly done.
